Keeping in view the feedback from SMAP users, a one day onsite training program for implementation of SMAP software has been initiated. This on site one-on-one training will enable the selected SMEs in formalizing books of accounts for enhancing their efficiencies.
SMAP registered service providers will be used for delivery of standardized service package. Total cost of onsite service package is Rs. 5,500. SMEDA will partly fund the activity by providing Rs. 2,500 per SME on first come first serve basis. The service package will include the following:
Software orientation for one day for upto 3 staff members
Installation, registration & configuration of software, on one server and up to 2 client computers
Data entry demonstration and supervision
The service package does not include any accounting service for setting up chart of account, preparation of data for entry or data input into the software except where required for illustrative purposes.
